Finished RR is back home with me!

Hi.  I have been a bit out of the blogging world.  Hubby has been in the hospital for a week.  He ended up having his gallbladder removed and I brought him home from the hospital today.  So not much stitching for me this week.  But I did receive my Round Robin back last weekend and want to share it with you.

Finished RR

It is so beautiful and sparkly.  All of the gals did such a beautiful job on their blocks.  Not sure when I will be able to get this framed.  I’d love to do it now, but I’m afraid I may have to wait until after the holidays. It’s so beautiful that it needs to be hanging on a wall where I can admire it everyday.  This was my first RR and I met some wonderful stitching friends and had a great time.  Can’t wait until the next one.
Thanks for stopping by to see what I have been up to.

    1. Karen, I enjoyed working on your RR also. I am so happy to have met you. I will keep up with you on your blog and I’m sure I will see you on the Mira FB page, and I hope to stitch with you again like maybe the JE RR??

    1. Johanna, I have so enjoyed meeting you through the RR. You have been a great friend and we just clicked on so many levels. I have learned a lot from you and hope to stitch with you again in the future. Your piece also turned out beautifully and I enjoyed stitching on it.

  2. That is a lovely bit of stitching! This is the first time I’ve heard of a stitching round robin.
Sorry to hear about your husband. He must be getting better if he is allowed home. I hope he recovers fully soon.

  3. Thank you Mrs. M. The girls did a wonderful job. Hubby has been resting since I brought him home this afternoon. You really don’t get much of that in the hospital. Thank you for your well wishes.

  4. Glad to see your RR is safely home. I was delighted to be able to stitch on your very first Mirablia RR. I loved every single stitch. I am sure you will hang it, look and it and smile all the time. That’s what I do with my RR’s. and I remember the wonderful stitchers and friends I met.
I hope your husband is doing better Ginny. Sending warm hugs.

    1. Thank you, Kathy. I can’t wait to get it framed and hung so that I can see it everyday and be reminded of the wonderful experience and great stitching friends I have met. I look forward to doing another one and stitching with you again. Hubby is doing well, thank you for asking. He went back to work for 1/2 a day yesterday and is at work again today.
