I haven’t posted in a bit, but I am still stitching.  I started the Passione Ricamo Mystery Stitch A Long and here is my very small progress:

100_7856Not very much, but I wanted to get it started.  I wasn’t sure the colors of the castle would show up on my fabric,  so I wanted to put a few stitches in, put it on the scroll frame and have it ready for when I can work on it again.  The colors are a little muted, but that’s ok as it is supposed to look like it is in the distance.  I couldn’t put it down and this is how far I got in an evening.  I am stitching it on 16ct Aida, Nantucket Sky from Stephanie and I think it is going to look marvelous!  I can’t wait to see what it will turn out to be???

I am also stitching on a project I can’t share at the moment, but someday I will be able to.  So just know that I am stitching.  How many projects are you working on?

My Mermaid Is Coming Alive…

100_7828Well, she is starting to look like a mermaid.  This is my progress so far.  Almost done with section 5. But now I have to put her away for a while and work on something else.  I look forward to the day when I can pick her back up again.  So, what are you stitching on today?

Progress on Into the Deep

100_7796I have a terrible cold and don’t feel like doing much. So I have been huddled on the couch, under a nice warm blanket, stitching as much as I can. This is my progress on my Journey Into the Deep.  My mermaid is coming to life!  I am almost finished with section 4.  In my previous post, I forgot to mention my fabric details.  I am stitching this on a hand dyed fabric by Silkweaver.  It is  Pixie Dust in 28ct Lugana.  It is full of pastel pinks, blues, yellow and greens.  Very pretty.  Well, I am off to stitch.  What are you stitching on today?
